HOW LONG DOES THIS PROMOTION RUN FOR AND WHEN DO I NEED TO GET MY CLAIM IN BY?

The promotion is based on purchases made between the 1st April – 30th June 2021. Final claims need to be submitted by AEDST 11:59pm, 31st July 2021.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY COOLER AND BEER?

Visit the Claim Page and input all requested details, upload a scanned copy of your purchase receipt and submit the fully completed online claim form. You will be contacted by one of our team members who will advise on the status of your submission when available.

HOW DO I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY ENTRY?

Our team will contact you throughout the validation process; this includes notifying you when entries have been submitted and received, valid, pending or invalid. Entries that are made pending, will require resubmission based on the details supplied in the email. You will receive an update within 7 business days of submitting your entry.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY EMAILS FROM THIS PROMOTION, WHAT DO I DO?

Please ensure you check all your mailboxes including the junk mailbox. If you still can’t locate your email(s), please contact us here.

WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY COOLER AND BEER?

We process claims weekly however due to the impact of Coronavirus and the Easter period deliveries may be delayed. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks after your claim has been validated for your gift to be sent out.
